In the event that you lose access to your post-generation Netflix account (see above), please follow the steps below:

First of all, it may seem silly, but try logging back in with your login details, paying attention to spelling mistakes.

If this doesn't solve the problem, we'll proceed as follows:

We'll go to the Volt Cheats server and contact the same bot we originally contacted to get our first account. (Redeem N€tflix)

We'll send a private message to this bot and write the command:
"/requestreset [Your key bought in our shop] [Image of error message when connection impossible]"

Then all you have to do is wait for the supplier to validate your request.
A new account will be sent to you automatically once your request has been validated.
